Meet Kim Stout, M.Ed., CCC-A, FAAA
Kim Stout earned her master’s degree in audiology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She also received a B.S. in communication sciences and disorders from James Madison University.
Kim’s audiology career began in Richmond, Virginia where she provided clinical audiology and hearing aid services to pediatric and adult patients with an otolaryngology group. In 2003 she joined our professional team at The Audiology Offices. She later joined a large otolaryngology practice in Annapolis, Maryland. In 2013 we were thrilled when she rejoined our clinical staff. She has extensive experience in clinical and rehabilitative audiology working with adults and children. That experience has given her the ability to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients of all ages. She has a special interest in aural rehabilitative needs for patients and works very closely to include family members.
Kim is a licensed audiologist in Virginia and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA) and has earned board certification from the American Board of Audiology. She is committed to ongoing education and has earned awards for continuing education credits.
A native Virginian, Kim grew up in Richmond County. She lives in Northumberland County with her husband Paul and son Sean. In her spare time Kim enjoys spending time with her family.
