Meet Deanna Main

Deanna joined The Audiology Offices team in January of 2013. Her composed personality makes her a perfect fit for the challenging task of scheduling patients. When you call our Kilmarnock office, 90 percent of the time Deanna will be answering your call. In addition to managing telephone calls, she tracks all our new and repaired hearing aid orders and completes patient reports. Deanna’s talent in decorating gives our office a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Deanna has an extensive background in customer service. She served many years in the banking industry where she worked closely with customers to ensure excellent service. Before that she worked in the hotel industry at The Tides Inn in many different capacities learning the importance of good customer service.

A native of Virginia, Deanna grew up in Lancaster County. She spent many years living in South Carolina, but she relocated to Lancaster County in 2012 to be closer to friends and family. She has a daughter, Katie, who lives and teaches in South Korea with her husband. In her spare time, you will find Deanna cooking and baking. She loves being outdoors, gardening and taking nature walks and is always on the lookout for unique ideas for decorating.
